Well done to all the runners this weekend in the Great Limerick Run, some seasoned runners, some trying their first 10km, half or full marathon. Brilliant achievements by all and congratulations to everyone involved whether running, organising or volunteering. Fabulous to see so many out exercising. Now, get back on the bike 😜

Best wishes to some of our guys heading off for the warm weather training in Majorca – I organised this weekend’s sunshine as a taster for ye. Roving photographers saw some jerseys this weekend in Kerry, Clare, Limerick, Sligo – hope everyone is getting their training in for the infamous Awareness Tour 2018 (Cycle 4 Sick Children) coming on 20th May.

Get some last kms in next weekend in Shannon with Club Rothaíochta na Sionainne with a 30km or 75km option in support of MPS. Or head to Ballina/Killaloe and take part in North Tipp Wheelers 120km Tour of Lough Derg in support of North Tipperary Hospice Movement.
