Spring is in the air...

Taking advantage of the cold but dry weather this weekend saw club members out on road bikes and mountain bikes, while Penelope just ditched the bike in favour of a 10k run instead. Well done to everyone – keep safe, keep healthy, keep smiling, keep training.

You still have a few weeks left to train up for two local cycles to start off the year. On Saturday 3rd March, the 18th Annual 50km Pat Nolan Charity Cycle event in aid of Milford Care Centre and the Limerick School for the Deaf. Next up the following week 11th March is the Des Butler Des Butler memorial cycle in aid of Headway Ireland
