Many directions.....

C4SC gang were in all directions and events this weekend. Sunday spin took in rolling countryside through Sixmilebridge and Broadford. Club colours spotted at 7am on some early morning training on Saturday morning in this area too. The Joanne McMahon event in Castlemahon was well supported by a team including some from our beginner group joining the gang out there. The Saturday morning beginners group had another large group head out for a handy paced 25km. Fully marshalled and keeping everyone together, this group is making great progress with some of the members moving on to the main Wednesday night spins.

The Limerick Triathalon Club’s Joey Hannan event saw Valerie Dunne and Barry O’Brien take on their first ever tri with Mick Garry and a host of other C4SC supporters undertook their first tri of the year. Great achievements by everyone.
