Wednesday Nights

For the Autumn and Winter months our Wednesday night spins will comprise of night time laps of the condel road and the Ennis road (all around 35km).  Each week the spin leaves from the car park of Woodies on the Ennis road and during the week it will be publicly announced on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

 

Helmets, front and back lights are absolutely essential, along with a high viz vest/jacket for every spin. No lights/hi vis = no cycle.

 

New members are always welcome to join, but please contact on Facebook or by email first so the Road Captain is aware of numbers for the night.
