Cycling, Running and dodging rain

Was there something in the water in Kilmallock today – the Sunday group came home at near race speed 😱 Well done to everyone out and about this week – it was a case of dodging the showers, and if you did manage to dodge the showers, the roads were throwing up large volumes of water. Be sure to keep the bike maintenance up - lots of bike cleaning and lube on chain and moving parts.
