Dark days and dark nights but no excuses why you don’t have hi viz and reflective bands to make yourself as visible as possible. Hi Viz is more efficient during the daylight hours while reflective strips or bands show up at night with the carlights. A lot of hi viz jackets and vests actually don’t even have reflective strips so have a look and check out your own clothing. This weekend the leisure group took one look at the wet roads and decided to cut short and turn back at Bunratty – ducks would have loved the weather ! The Sunday spin group was a bit more fortunate. Launched this week is the C4SC Christmas fundraiser – come and visit us in the Crescent Shopping Centre on Thursday 30th Nov and Friday 1st December as we collect for BUMBLEance Children's National Ambulance Service 100% of the proceeds go directly to Bumbleance with the main prize being sponsored by The Bike Shop.
