Stephen Roche Atlantic Challenge, Pakie Memorial Run, Glin Knights Cycling Club Saints & Scholars event, weekly Leisure Spin – loads of miles on the road and that was just Saturday !! With a gang of over 25 out at the SRAC on Saturday, Sunday managed to have another large group out to take advantage of the sunny weather. Great to be out on the road - meeting up and having bit of craic with friends in clubs throughout the region and further afield, going at your own pace, fast on the flat, a bit slower (for most of us) on the hills :) Therapy in the fresh air and getting exercise in at the same time. And a perfect excuse for recovery food & drink afterwards. Can’t beat it.

Shout out to the guys who tried race leagues and TT this week with Club Rothaíochta na Sionainne. Well done Paul Ryan on his first venture into Race Leagues, and to Kevin Dunne and John Butler who gave the TTs a shot. Why not give them a try yourself – there is a level for everyone in Time Trials. Its just you, the bike, a pair of legs and the heart to give it a try
