Another sunny Sunday

Another sunny Sunday this week with two groups heading out from TriBikes. With Declan leading one group and Barry as second leader, everyone headed together towards Ballingarry where they groups split to space out the 30 cyclists from descending into Croom for the obligatory cup of coffee in one large group. Regrouped and refreshed in Croom, the groups then split with Declan leading his charges home through Patrickswell for a handy 50km route for those pressed for time or distance. Barry and the rest of the gang pressed on towards Bruff to clock up a 70km spin. Meet ye all again next week for another spin.

Off the bike, some members put their running legs to good use to support the SMRC Urban Run 5km and 10km in aid of Limerick Suicide Watch , with some C4SC members who are also a part of the SMRC/LSW and helped with the marshalling. Well done to a well organised event - great encouragement to all the runners

Next week sees a big event for club Treasurer – best of wishes to Jason Enright and Emily Moloney as they celebrate their wedding. Wishing you both a long and happy future together.
