First weekend of the summer

For the first weekend of the summer, it proved to be a busy one – cyclists were everywhere from Donegal to Clare to Kerry and all points inbetween. The beginners group has seen some members graduate graduate to the main spins while new members are joining us every day, gaining confidence on the road, putting in the miles, getting fitter and having a chat and making new friends. Meanwhile C4SC members were among the 14,000 runners who descended on Limerick to take part in the GLR 6 mile, half marathon or full marathon races. Well done to everyone who was out and about this weekend wearing the club colours. Congratulations whether you walked, ran or volunteered your services in any way – you showed Limerick at its best this bank holiday weekend.
