Busy day for the C4SC club

Busy day out there today with groups supporting the Garryowen FC & Milford Hospice - 70Km Cycle spin and the sunday spin group tacking Gallows Hill for the first time this year. Coming up next weekend is the Barringtons Hospital Great Limerick Run - best of luck with the last week of training for everyone taking part in the various distances. Also on next weekend is the West Limerick Endurance by Desmond Sportive. Have a good week.
