Spring training has commenced

Great numbers of cyclists out on the road these days and some recent events getting support from the C4SC team. The 16th Annual Pat Nolan Charity Cycle in aid of the Mid West School for the Deaf and Milford Hospice. The C4SC team assisted with the road marshalling, lead and support cars as well as encouraging weaker cyclists just starting out in cycling. Congratulations to those who took their bikes out for the first venture of 2016. As always Pat had organised for the weather to be bright and sunny and this was much appreciated by the 150 cyclists who rolled into Molly’s in Killaloe for refreshments before returning to Limerick and Kinsella’s Pub in Thomondgate for post cycle coffee.
