There’s many ways to fix a puncture at the side of the road – leave it to others !!!! or stuff the tyre with grass !!! either way will get you home in an emergency.

Tough winds this weekend made for some difficult cycling for everyone. Saturday was a busy day with both the Ger McDonnell Cycle 2016 and Tom & Jerry's Charity Cycle taking place. The Ring of Kerry cycle often seen as the ultimate to new cyclists – 170km, one long day, no shortcuts, 2 hills, few drags, fantastic scenery, great craic & commradee, 11,000 cyclists all out for a good day.
